New Clients: Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete a client form.
Private Health: Remedial treatments are claimable with selected health insurance. Full payment is due on the day; a receipt will be provided for manual claiming.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy- A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. If an appointment is cancelled or changed within this 24-hour period, or if you do not attend your scheduled appointment ('no-show'), a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked service price will be charged, unless the appointment slot is able to be filled.
Respectful & Professional Service- My practice is dedicated to providing a safe, professional, and respectful therapeutic massage experience. There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for any sexual advances or inappropriate behaviour. Clients making such requests will be asked to leave immediately and will be responsible for the full session fee. Please make sure you wear underwear to every treatment.
